Customer Service & Parts Needs A Charge!

I stopped to purchase 3 new batteries for Polaris vehicles purchased at MAS/Polaris Benton. The parts department employee acted like he had just woken up from a nap. He did not have a clue about the batteries for Polaris products. In fact, he only had 1 of the battery of the 3. And, it was not a name brand.....some off brand. Then, he charged me double the price of the off-brand battery. After paying and starting to walk away, I noticed the sticker price on the battery. I advised him of the overcharge. He didn't seem to know what to do and went for help. Later returned, and refunded the money. The battery rack was almost empty....no excuse for not stocking batteries. Then, extremely poor customer service. He even commented on he needed to get his act together. I agree. I am not one to write reviews. In fact, I am 62 and this is my 1st online. But, you sent me and email asking....so I am being honest! This is not the 1st time I have not been pleased at this location...even after buying 4 Polaris units from the store.
